Keep as per both users above. Also, saying that "The User who created this page has lot of his other pages deleted" is not a valid reason for this page to be deleted. Those deleted pages were for players who had solely appeared in the Russian Professional Football League, and it was determined after discussion that the league did not meet WP:FPL standards.
