Thanks! Can you make a userbox that says: This user plays lichess. with the new lichess logo. Geekpotato24 (talk) 17:14, 17 June 2020 (UTC)
@Diriector Doc: Sorry for bothering, but did you see my new request? Thanks! Geekpotato24 (talk) 21:29, 28 June 2020 (UTC)
@Geekpotato24: Sorry, no I didn't. I must have missed it somehow. I'll get to it when I have a chance. --Diriector_Doc├─────┤TalkContribs 22:20, 28 June 2020 (UTC)
@Geekpotato24: Finally. I've been in a dry spell lately, but this should fit the bill.
Ah, looks like a bot removed the logo image. Forgot to check the usage rights. I will find an alternative, or you can suggest one if you want. --Diriector_Doc├─────┤TalkContribs 01:29, 12 July 2020 (UTC)
The photo of Trotsky on the right looking directly into the camera on the left side of the userbox with the caption “This user is a Trotskyist and is against Stalinism” with the following photo of Stalin on the right of the userbox:
I am looking for a userbox that says something like “this user is a healthcare hero in the battle against COVID-19” — Preceding unsigned comment added by Lungespine (talk • contribs) 03:10, 23 August 2020 (UTC)
I'm supposed to be taking a break from userboxes, but this one I couldn't pass up. My heart goes out to everyone fighting to save people from this deadly virus.
Sorry i didn't knew there was an existing one Powering everyone (talk) 04:08, 25 August 2020 (UTC)

This user is a retired government spook. Charles Juvon (talk) 22:02, 2 September 2020 (UTC)
A bot just got me on copyright. Let's try this one: RIAN archive 35172 Powers Wears Special Pressure Suit — Preceding unsigned comment added by Charles Juvon (talk • contribs) 00:39, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
Or, Sean Connery (Public Domain): Sean Connery 1964Charles Juvon (talk) 00:58, 3 September 2020 (UTC)
More subtle: This user has a poison tooth. Skull and crossbonesCharles Juvon (talk) 19:29, 4 September 2020 (UTC)
I'm not sure what you would like here. Could you explain your thoughts with fewer words? --Diriector_Doc├─────┤TalkContribs 19:00, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
I think I figured it out. {{userbox|white|peru|[[File:Sean_Connery_1964.png|x45px]]|This user is a retired spook.|border-s=0}}
Hey! I'd be interested in a userbox celebrating the work of Haruki Murakami...any photo is fine. Inspector Semenych (talk) 22:40, 11 September 2020 (UTC)
I was thinking about a new user box that indicates that the user is against YouTube ads. Well now I'm requesting it now. Colour of the userbox would be yellow, the colour that YouTube uses to indicate ads. On the left, it would say "no ads" and the text on the right would say, "This user is against ads on YouTube". Requesting a userbox stating: "This user has served in the Women's Royal Naval Service". Perhaps there's a copyright-free image which could be taken from here [1]? Anne (talk) 08:22, 12 October 2020 (UTC)
I couldn't find any copyright free images. On Wikimedia commons are images of rank insignia but sadly no Badge.--Asmodea Oaktree (talk) 11:08, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
It was kind of you to try Asmodea Oaktree, but without an icon, badge or flag it tends to look a little lifeless! The WRN should read WRNS, and the second half is too dark to read. It also seems rather longer than most others. Much as I appreciate your effort, I will give this a pass if you will forgive me! But thank you anyway. Anne (talk) 18:36, 1 November 2020 (UTC)
@Anne : Thank you foor your feedback. I have changed the colors to make it more readable and added an icon. --Asmodea Oaktree (talk) 09:01, 2 November 2020 (UTC)
How kind of you to try again and this is much better. I know I sound awfully picky, but how about the same as the one for the RN, which I am using on my userpage, but changing the words to read "This user is a former member of the Women's Royal Naval Service". I realise this may make the box too long though? Anne (talk) 10:15, 2 November 2020 (UTC)
No problem. For the future if you have concrete ideas it is best to give as much details as possible. Without it the userbox creator has to guess. --Asmodea Oaktree (talk) 11:33, 2 November 2020 (UTC)
Thank you again. This idea only developed after seeing how the suggestions transpired. I wasn't hiding ideas from you deliberately! I may still find it is too wide/long but I certainly do appreciate your efforts. Anne (talk) 12:26, 2 November 2020 (UTC)
Thank you. Now in use and fitting perfectly! Anne (talk) 12:59, 2 November 2020 (UTC)

To show that someone has respect for aspects of the gaming community, but doesn't physically. Examples:
This user likes retro games, but has no urge to actually play them. Pastel blue box with black text, and red text for "has no urge to actually play them". Picture of an NES.
This user really wants a classic NES, but can't afford it. Light Red box with black text. Picture of an NES.
Custom template. This user doesn't like Insert game name here, but understands why you would play it. Black box with yellow text. No image.
This zoomer wasn't alive for the cool retro games, but thinks they are really interesting. Pastel blue box with black text. Picture of Mr. Game and Watch (to represent modern adaptation of retro gaming).
One more unrelated:
This user listens to video game music, not actual music. Light purple box with blue text. Wikiproject video game logo image.
Hi NinuKinuski, I think I could do this for you, but I have a couple questions. Firstly, the text on the original "bloodbanned" userbox contains a link that goes to the Wikipedia page about people who have been banned from donating blood based on their homosexuality. Do you want to keep this link? I don't think that this link is relevant in your case, but I wanted to ask just in case you wanted to keep it. Alternatively I could remove the link, or perhaps make it go to one of your articles (here and here). Secondly, the background color of the original userbox seems a bit harsh, do you want to keep it that way or would you like to go with a lighter red? — Angry Red Hammer Guy <talk> <email> 19:02, 26 November 2020 (UTC)
That is perfect! I changed the red to correspond to this file, it should be a bit more realistic and easier on the eyes now. I'm not sure about the crimson hex code though because I don't know what's Wikipedia's policy on web-safe colors, I guess someone will fix it if need be. Thank you! NinuKinuski (talk) 06:11, 28 November 2020 (UTC)
No problem, I am glad you like it! Also, nice color choice. — Angry Red Hammer Guy <talk> <email> 23:59, 28 November 2020 (UTC)
The Media section has lots of "book" topics, but mostly about reading books or becoming a writer, not about publishing. I suggest a userbox about the history and development of publishing around the world, different kinds of publishing (Big Five (publishers)/trade, academic/scholarly, university press, vanity press, etc.), and the people who work in it. I'm in publishing, and I'm trying to evangelize more people to get involved with Wiki. A userbox might help develop an affinity group. Thanks. Nigetastic (talk) 20:44, 12 October 2020 (UTC)
I was thinking perhaps a modified version of the User:UBX/Scottish Television or User:UBX/UTV userboxes where it's about watching that channel regardless of whereabouts [which region] you're from. Giggity (talk • contribs) 20:48, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
Oh, by the way, it is possible to do this, by using the "Add Channels" function on a Digibox. Giggity (talk • contribs) 20:55, 6 December 2020 (UTC)
