Julio189red and their sockpuppets have been POV-pushing and edit-warring on Ligures (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) and related articles since November 2019, repeatedly adding unsourced claims and their own interpretations of primary sources. Their latest sockpuppet, Julienor94, was banned just over a month ago. This new account has done nothing but restore Julienor's edits on Ligures. Here are a few of the many examples:

This is a new account and their only edits have been to restore an old (Nov '22) version of the Ligures article by Cicinus82 and Julienor94, which is full of POV-pushing and their own interpretation of primary sources.
