I'm nominating Elf. She is a *great* contributor, and I have absolutely no doubts about her ability to use admin powers wisely. She was nominated a little while back, and I (and several others) opposed only on the basis that she was too new and it would set a bad precedent.     I just noticed that technically my vote wouldn't count, because ....technically, this election ended yesterday. Oh well, it doesn't seem like she needs another support anyway. 36 votes and zero opposition -- Somebody's really popular!
