I searched for official single releases using the sleeve but found none to this date, especially on 45cat, Discogs, and eBay. Furthermore, I question the legitimacy and authenticity of this sleeve and its compliance with WP:NFCC#4 and WP:NFCC#5. George Ho (talk) 04:03, 6 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

WP:NFCCP#3b (and possibly #2) are violated. The rationale says "The use of a low resolution image of an organization's logo in the article about that organization will not impact the commercial viability of the logo." However, this is an SVG image (i.e. infinite resolution).

Possibly this is simple enough to be ineligible for copyright (I would err on the side of not), but it's definitely not appropriate for Wikipedia (rather than Commons).

• Keep, I believe the position is that if the organization themselves release the logo as an SVG then its use on Wikipedia is perfectly fine. The logo on Free Speech Union's website is an SVG so I don't see a problem. I also don't believe this logo falls below the TOO. Salavat (talk) 07:27, 8 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Initially, I thought about replacing this file with an inferior audio format, like mp3 (or ogg) in order to comply more with WP:NFCC#3b. However, I wonder whether a sample illustrating/identifying Mihai Trăistariu's "high notes" is necessary and contextually significant to the song (or recording).
