DYK for Dragostea din tei
On 11 March 2025, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Dragostea din tei, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that O-Zone threatened legal action over Haiducii's cover of "Dragostea din tei", which became a hit on charts at the same time as the original? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Dragostea din tei. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Dragostea din tei), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Dragostea din tei
Hello. We use field for album in tables for lists of songs and discographies so it should fit here too. Eurohunter (talk) 14:51, 17 March 2025 (UTC)
- @Eurohunter: You are right, in an artist's discography, we list every artist's single as well as its correspondent album – because the scope of such an article is documenting the artist's discography in greatest detail. However, the table in the section "Use in popular media" in the "Dragostea din tei" article is only meant to give an overview over notable covers/samples and the most important information on each of those covers/samples (in the "Notes" table section) – because the focus of this article is the original "Dragostea din tei" song. I think listing the album of each of those covers/samples is a bit too much (especially since we'd have to do it for every cover/sample then, so that everything is uniform, meaning also for "Live Your Life", "Faded Love" etc.) I don't see it as relevant to the article, but rather as unnecessary detail.
