  • leaning delete The claim to notability here is the claim that it was an act of terrorism, but as such, it garnered almost no notice outside the Balkan media. I found exactly one book mention, and it is a two sentence summary in an exhaustive listing of incidents. It's possible I missed a more substantial discussion, however.
