This person is largely unknown and non-notable, including in France : his article was just deleted on the French wikipedia. His main claim for notability is coining a term for a largely unknown concept, the "adhesion principle", whose article was also deleted on wikipedia fr. I may add that his main claim for notability is/was his presence on wikipedia and assorted mirror sites. I suggest we delete this article to avoid giving this person undeserved publicity. I'll add that this person has an entry at the online version of the Larousse encyclopedia (which looks, at first glance, like a serious credential) but, at second glance, this entry is simply... taken from the (now deleted) french wikipedia article ! - Delete. No sign of serious notability. There is something wrong with the mechanics of this AfD. Xxanthippe (talk) 04:30, 8 January 2011 (UTC).[reply]

- Delete. Article does indeed seem to be simply WP:PROMOTION. WP:SPA-created by Heinrich2, so may also be COI. The only other article linked to this account is E-toile, which also appears to promote Bressan and is also at AfD. Mystifying how these flew under the radar for so long.
