Besides these coordinates actually being in Kent County, Rhode Island (and within the incorporated East Greenwich, Rhode Island), I am unable to find anything establishing notability for this as a populated place. The USGS lists it as a locale. There was apparently the Wightman family farm and family gravesite there [1], but it's still described as being within a district of East Greenwich, not as a community or as its own notable place.
