I was reluctant to nominate this as he may actually be notable but I'm not seeing any evidence and my searches found nothing better than this. • Keep - my Lithuanian is non-existent but I think he is notable, as he's definitely in the Lithuanian Who's Who (can't link to the page, but it comes up in book search) and I found the reference to him being honored by the city of Kaunas for lifetime achievement type thing.
