Keep, as this dance instructor is notable in one of the areas he grew from (Uganda). In Congo, i have seen any english news website hence his written about on Ugandan websites hereby nominating this article to be kept on wikipedia.Lubendera (talk) 17:35, 8 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
