Lack of notability, verifiability, and reliable sources. The only source that is given appears to be a website that proposes the development of this project and does not appear reliable. Delete Agree that the only place this is mentioned is a fan site. It’s also riddled with errors and dated info. The Chaifetz Arena has been in existence for 10 years.
