"a fictional genetic engineering project in the DC Comics Universe". Lengthy plot summary with a lengthy list of appearances in various media, bur zero analysis/reception. WP:GNG fail and my BEFORE is not helpful. References are comic books, summaries of their plot, plus few media pieces with passing mentions of this in reference to some tv/video game topics this appears in. The only RS cited ([1]) is a passing mention. Best ATD suggestion - redirect to List of teams and organizations in DC Comics.
