Looks like a case of WP:BIO1E, coverage of the subject is exclusively in the context of the Assassination of Robert F. Kennedy. A WP:BLAR was previously contested, so I'm bringing this to AfD for further discussion. My view is that redirect to Assassination of Robert F.
