Keep Fleming is an assistant coach/coordinator for one of the most notable college football programs in the world, and with a recent promotion, his notability will continue to climb exponentially over the next football season. C. Bowers (talk) 22:13, 27 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Well, here's what my search found: SIGCOV from reliable sources: 247Sports 247Sports (2); From less reliable sources: ElevenWarriors.com ElevenWarriors.com (2) SB Nation On3 ElevenWarriors (3) Buckeyescoop; lesser coverage from reliable sources: Cleveland.com Darik News. Its a rather weak case for GNG; his being a coordinator for one of the biggest programs ever makes me lean slightly away from delete. Count me as neutral. Delete I don't see the significant coverage to pass WP:GNG on this one and I can find no other policy, guideline, or even essay to support inclusion. However, WP:CRYSTAL shows a reason to exlcude the article at this time. An enthusiastic editor may want to userfy for potential inclusion later and I would not object to that.--Paul McDonald (talk) 17:49, 29 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The keep vote by FootballFantatic1993 is the first edit of newly-created account, raising a question as to its bona fides. Further, speculation about "future coverage" is not a valid basis to keep. Finally, the additional sources cited do not contribute to GNG: the first is simply a dump of salary data on the coaching staff; the second is not viewable (so I can't evaluate); the third is simply a video interview by the head coach (not independent); and the fourth is a passing mention (not SIGCOV). Draftify per BeanieFan and absence of GNG-level SIGCOV. This will allow a few months to see if additional SIGCOV materializes.
