How has this page not been deleted already? Three injuries and no deaths, not even that of the gunman. In a country with a mass shooting epidemic like the United States, this kind of event is just another Tuesday. I'm not seeing anything in the article that would indicate its notability. The fact that the article has only been sporadically updated since its creation in 2015 tells me no one could find anything that would help this event stick out as an article. WP:NOTNEWS.
