Keep (article originator). A cursory google search reveals this 2009 ESPN story, this profile from a non-profit, this story on her volunteer work with women in Nigeria, this interview with Fordham University's magazine, and this story from AriyaToday.com. While the article needs significant expansion, there are a significant number of independent sources covering this woman with non-trivial coverage. Beyond that, Akiode represented her country multiple times at the highest possible levels and is notable per WP:NOLYMPICS. I'd ask that the nominator reviews these sources and reconsiders his nomination.--TM 13:56, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
