Delete - Fails NFOOTY as has not played or managed senior international football nor played or managed in a fully professional league. No indication that subject has garnered significant reliable coverage for any other achievements to satisfy GNG. Almost all coverage is for one event and we need to adhere to WP:NOTMEMORIAL. Redirect to List of association footballers who died while playing - I believe Govvy means Deaths in 2016. Anyway I think this would be better served as a redirect to the said mention article as I belive it could be a valid search term.
