Clearly fails all parts of the biographical guidelines of WP:CREATIVE, per those guidelines, very limited sources for anything of interest concerning this person, practically no secondary or tertiary RS of use to us, no involvement in major creations, not written about in books, etc. What we would call almost a "one-hit wonder".
