Keep We normally keep these types of articles, a heinous crime such as this does tend to have a lasting effect on communities and the location it happened in. The scale of such a crime is picked up by world media and the citations point to that fact. Thus passing WP:GNG So I am in complete disagreement with the rationale for deletion.
