Subject does not seem to be notable. The article has had only a handful of substantive edits in 13 years. In that time the team has even been relegated to 3. divisjon (which is actually only the fourth highest division in Norway). It is not clear that the subject still plays the sport or is with the team specified. Speedy Keep - I don't understand this nomination - article is clear that they spent 5 years in the top level of Norwegian football, easily meeting WP:NFOOTBALL.
