~~Weak keep~~Delete per Bcp67, below: I've pinged WikiProject Horse racing, which has a bunch of members from the UK, and they can help determine if this is just a really poor quality article that can be salvaged, or if the individual is insufficiently notable. I will say that riding in the Grand National is a big deal, even if he didn't do very wll; he finished, which was saying something!
