An incident from 2004, that received some coverage then but no more except some other deeply involved sources but not long after. Fails WP:NOTNEWS. My Lord (talk) 05:40, 16 July 2018 (UTC)
- Keep - Third party reliable references per WP:RSfrom what I can see. Highly covered incident. Per WP:GNG. Per WP:RAPID. WP:LASTINGis irrelevant since the incident recieved notable and extended coverage at the time. References are pointing to notability.--BabbaQ (talk) 09:12, 16 July 2018 (UTC)

- Keep : The summary, cold-blood execution of a dozen men, women, and children in a village, also within a terrorist context, is an evidently notable event. Does it need to happen in Europe or the States to qualify? There are two dead sources already and the text is in very poor English. Yet, we have enough to register the event as quite real. The notability is undoubtedly there. -The Gnome (talk) 06:42, 19 July 2018 (UTC)
- Delete The subject does not meet WP:EVENTCRIT. It does not have coverage after 2004 nor does it have any WP:LASTING impact. Also since the event took place in Kashmir, where such incidences are unfortunately more common compared to rest of India (or the World), death count of 12 which would have been high enough for other regions is relatively low. Pratyush (talk) 10:51, 19 July 2018 (UTC)
- Keep seems notable with wide ranging coverage from RS.Vinegarymass911 (talk) 21:51, 21 July 2018 (UTC)

- Keep How is 12 people being murdered not notable? Well known event that should be kept and expanded. Inexpiable (talk) 21:04, 23 July 2018 (UTC)
- Keep: meets WP:NEVENT; reasonable 3rd party references already present in the article. WP:TNT does not apply, so I don't see a valid reason for deletion. K.e.coffman (talk) 03:41, 24 July 2018 (UTC)
- Connent I note that the nominator has now been indefinitely blocked for alleged sockpuppetry. — Mr. Guye (talk) (contribs) 08:49, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
- Keep The amount of deaths is irrelevant (e.g. 12 fatalities during part of the Iraq-Syria mess would often not meet GNG). However, this one has received LASTING coverage. e.g. - [1][2], and received international coverage at the time, e.g. [3].Icewhiz (talk) 22:50, 26 July 2018 (UTC)
- Keep sources brought by Icewhiz establish notability.E.M.Gregory (talk) 05:55, 30 July 2018 (UTC)
