Who would have thought it was worse then described. For those who honestly think wiki-markup is difficult, most people who have any training in coding get the ''' for bolding and *gasps* <ref> for citing references. Especially since they are included in every article on here.
  4. SPA accusations. My interest is in Latin America History, as such much of my contributions will be on topics related to Cuba and Colombia as well as the atrocities that occured there. It is called being focused.
  5. Any and all attacks, again, be a child in your living room or an AOL chat, neither of which is here.

Looks like an attack page to me. I will give it a month, if it is not gone by then, or he has not started an arbcom then I will ask it deleted as an attack page as he isn't acting on it. Seems he didn't care to add the apology I gave to Tom either, as I did not know Tom took it offensively, nor that admins can edit pages. I really do not understand what allows one person to insult another in this situation, especially over the internet. It must take someone with alot of arrogance to assume the motives of others. I was harped on and called a SPA, even after explaining I simply found that debate first. If people were not so quick to assume the worst of others here, which oddly is directly in conflict with Wikipedia own policy, perhaps others would be more productive. The irony is that no apology has been offered by MONGO for the labels he attempts to stick on me, even after I have gone on to make 5 articles in the little time I have been here. --SevenOfDiamonds 20:41, 14 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, users can remove their warnings. They are always in the talk page history. This is one reason why I always leave an edit summary when I leave a warning (like v2 for vandalism2, e.g.), like here. That way if the person deletes, it's easy to see. I usually check the user's Contribs before warning, and if they look like they should have been given other warnings then I check the talk page history. I used to warn vandals for blanking warnings, then I found out about the policy (I don't recall whether it was in a thread or by reading policies). It usually becomes moot because the ones who are removing their warnings immediately are often the ones that end up continuing doing the very things that are setting them on the path toward a block. Anyway, I hope you're less confused now. My second comment came from going back to the original ANI thread, btw. I was obviously a bit confused, too! 'RFC' on Ultramarine?

I am thinking that the only solution is an 'RFC' on Ultrmarine. His questions have all been answered and he asks them again and again. He is arguing in circles and making nonsense objections to the smallest things. He is using 'tendentious' arguing. He usually picks a non-important source as his link and name for objections. Like only 'The Nation Magazine' objected to The Torture Manuals. Trying to 'reason' with him does nothing. He is trying to 'owning' the articles by writing his own version and saying that his is the version we will use without objections. I have gotten some changes in but even the smallest true change he wants to argue and argue about. This is not how Wikipedia is supposed to work. Do you know how to file an RFC on him? I think we should seek some other form of mediation. I highly doubt Ultramarine doe snot know he is skewing policy since he has been here for over 2 years it seems. Those on the other side of the dispute, I have had him appear here numerous times, lucky my userpage is pretty much blank or I may have to deal with similar frivolous complaints. He has actually stated on AN/I that I create articles on Wikipedia to harass him. I have gone through 4 RFCU's so far as well due to his accusations. Its quite sad when you think about it, I have often attempted to just debate the topic, but this "Wiki-bully" behavior kicks in.
