I do not see how this is possible, when the article cited in the NYT states
"The photograph was taken in late 1995 at a Democratic fund-raising party in Miami, Mr. Rabinovich said. He said he had not donated money to the Democrats, but had been invited to the event by Bennett S. LeBow, an American businessman whose interests include the Liggett Group, the big cigarette manufacturer. Mr. LeBow's Brooke Group and Mr. Rabinovich are developing a business center and luxury hotel in Kiev, according to a spokesman for Mr Lebow"
Since it is unclear whether the projects were completed, I am changing "developed" to "participated in the development of"
The reference to the book "Red Mafia" is available on the Internet Archive.

Mr LeBow said this is unequivocally incorrect. He was not involved in such a development ever and this is incredibly negative to print such an affiliation occurred with a Russian mob boss. Would you like to speak to Mr LeBow's attorney? Can we arrange a call with the Kasowitz law firm as soon as possible so you are assured that he never had such an affiliation with him in any potential business venture. In business, as you know, there are individuals ("promoters") that like to state such affiliations to brag, promote their brand, use others to create credibility.etc at the expense of others. Mr LeBow has an impeccable reputation and magnanimous career so please remove this reference and focus on all the positive things he did such as claim cigarettes cause cancer. If LeBow's denials have appeared in a published reliable source, we can look at adding that as a counter-point. Otherwise, the article will go with what has been printed in reliable sources.

Hi Fred, I was only mentioning a lawyer so you would feel comfortable knowing that it is true that Mr. LeBow was never involved in a proposed development of a hotel in Kiev. That was not a threat. He owned the largest cigarette factory in Russia. Can you kindly print his denials as a counterpoint. I tried to find a reliable source in which Lebow denies having a business relationship with Rabinovich that we could additionally print, as a matter of fairness. Instead, here is what I found:
"LeBow is a longtime player in both the cigarette and real estate industries in Russia and Ukraine. Among his former business partners is Vadim Z. Rabinovich, a Ukrainian politician who was elected to parliament in 2014 as part of the pro-Russia party that employed Manafort before he signed onto Trump's campaign."

This is so strange because he never had a business relationship with him after learning his background. it does not even make sense he has been Chairman of a large public company for so many years at Vector. Again, I am happy to put an attorney on a call with you that handled the tobacco case so he can back this up for you. It is becoming difficult to understand the true intentions of what people are saying here, which is understandably a problem in a written form of communication such as this. I vote that we remove the contended material and then lock this portion of the biography to prevent the continued reversion by other Wikipedia members. It is just one part of an entire biography, and simply not worth the trouble. At the very least, a Wikipedia banner stating the neutrality of the material is contested (I have seen them) or a banner stating the facts are contested is a possibility (if such a banner exists), though I still believe that outright removal and locking at least this portion of the biography, perhaps indefinitely, would be the best way to go. You have failed to present any reliable sources to counter what's presented in the New York Times, among other sources. WP:NYTIMES shows that the community considers the New York Times to be a reliable source. None of the information you question relates to medicine, which is the only area the community has expressed concern.
On the other hand, WP:NYPOST shows that the community considers the New York Post to not be reliable. That means the following sentence should be struck from the biography unless a reliable source is found:
As of 2014, Bennett LeBow is married to Jacqueline Finkelstein-LeBow, the principal of real estate investment firm JSF Capital.[1]

As you know, reporters do not report when deals are not consummated so it would be impossible to provide that for you. We would like to see where it states that my Bennett LeBow did any deal in Ukraine. I don’t think you will find a reliable source to back up that a deal was ever done. Regarding the following sentence in Bennett S. LeBow:

As of 2021, Bennett LeBow is married to Jacqueline Finkelstein-LeBow of JSF Capital.

This means that we have reliable sources to report that the two were married in 2021, but we have no sources for any point after that. It's not saying that the wedding took place in 2021.

Fred, I am his wife we were married in June of 2014. Here is another article we were married. PLease remove the reference to doing a development in Ukraine when you do not have one single source that a development was ever done. Never happened.
