- I thought they were the same restriction, so I hadn't thought that far. Both have been an issue, but the content issue is more key. I doubt the page moving will be attempted again, and it's easy to reverse, so that's a comparatively minor nuisance – I noted it more as an indication of the CIR nonsense that's at hand.
