July 2020

  1. Mark Sheldon nominated at AfD; notified Guitarhistory (talk · contribs) 20:54, 4 July 2020 (UTC)
    • Reason: Mayor of a small town (less than 13,000 inhabitants) with no trace of significant press coverage - fails WP:NPOL and GNG.

August 2021

  1. Enrique De La Caridad Angulo Borrero: nominated at AfD; notified Ebrugundesh (talk · contribs) 18:45, 14 August 2021 (UTC)
    • Reason: I can't see the notability. I can see that the article was trialled on the Sesotho Wikipedia before appearing here.
  2. Geoffrey Alexander Campbell: nominated at AfD; notified Sahaib3005 (talk · contribs) 12:33, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
    • Reason: As an unelected candidate he fails WP:NPOL and I can't see anything in WP:BEFORE in any other context to indicate that he passes WP:GNG.
  3. Horace B. Griffen: nominated at AfD; notified Ponydices (talk · contribs) 16:03, 21 August 2021 (UTC)
    • Reason: Unelected political candidate: fails WP:NPOL. WP:BEFORE shows a long career in journalism, but not enough to pass WP:GNG. Ingratis (talk) 16:03, 21 August 2021 (UTC)

October 2021

  1. Lady Jean Cochrane: nominated at AfD; notified Hogyncymru (talk · contribs) 11:54, 16 October 2021 (UTC)
    • Reason: This is a clear instance of WP:NOTINHERITED / WP:NBIO: the artlcle is about a woman who inherited a title and gained two others by marriage - and that's all. The creator (owner) has reverted a redirect to the article of one of the husbands, which wd have been a reasonable move, on the grounds that the possession of a title must mean notability.

April 2022

  1. Wingcloth: nominated at RfD; Target: Przepaska (notified) 05:55, 26 April 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: made-up word

June 2022

  1. Julian Chadwick: nominated at AfD; notified Mcferran (talk · contribs) 00:09, 4 June 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: The refs given (and I didn't see significantly better ones on a BEFORE) don't add up to SIGCOV or notability.
  2. Mayor of Mount Vernon, Washington: nominated at AfD; notified ThoughtsQT (talk · contribs) 22:08, 21 June 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: I don't think the mayors of a town of c.35,000 are notable.

July 2022

  1. St. Hilda’s, Middlesbrough: nominated at RfD; Target: Middlehaven (notified); notified Chocolateediter (talk · contribs) 09:42, 16 July 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: incorrect type of apostrophe
  2. St Hilda’s, Middlesbrough: nominated at RfD; Target: Middlehaven (notified); notified Chocolateediter (talk · contribs) 09:43, 16 July 2022 (UTC)
    • Reason: incorrect type of apostrophe

January 2023

  1. Alois Toldt: nominated at AfD; notified Kangfreud (talk · contribs) 23:21, 9 January 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: I could find no reference to him beyond works for sale on auction sites and similar: fails WP:NARTIST Ingratis (talk) 23:21, 9 January 2023 (UTC)

September 2023

  1. William Thornton (immigrant): nominated at AfD; notified Poundisford (talk · contribs) 05:38, 6 September 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Fails WP:NOTGENEALOGY. Much of the content is padding on background history - without that, there is not much on the man himself, and virtually all of that is genealogy or run-of-the-mill property transactions.
  2. Lordship of Hasley: nominated at AfD; notified Cambridge Prof Scholars (talk · contribs) 10:14, 8 September 2023 (UTC)
    • Reason: Really this should never have left Draftspace because of the poor quality of the sources - I can add a source analysis if that would be useful - but it did, and it's too late to send it back even if it were possible to return an article to draft a second time. Some of the content is salvageable, but a lot is too vague or too inaccurate to warrant keeping, and there is a paragraph of what looks like self-promotion in the middle. I am suggesting deletion for the article itself because the topic Lordship of Hasley is not notable. Manor of Hasley on the other hand might be notable if written in the right way but that seems unlikely to happen as long as the original author(s) want to focus on the "lordship" and slant the content in that direction. It would also be possible to merge the useful parts to the two relevant village articles (Thornton, Buckinghamshire) and Radclive. Ingratis (talk) 10:14, 8 September 2023 (UTC)

January 2024

  1. George Tripp: nominated at AfD; notified MaybeItsBecauseImALondoner (talk · contribs) 08:23, 1 January 2024 (UTC)
    • Reason: Nicely researched genealogical piece, but not notable.
