The Supreme Power series mixs part of other marvel Comics Heros. In the Nighthawk Supreme Power has parts of Daredevil in him:

1. DC's Batman willn't kill, DD will as a last act.

I doubt it's really meant to be a dash of Daredevil in his personality. Rather, it is to be seen as a more extreme and focused Batman. Batman just blames crime for his parents' death. However, Nighthawk's anger is directed toward something more specific. Hate crime. With that in mind, he is perfectly willing to kill as a first resort when dealing with criminals that prey on African-Americans. Also? When has Daredevil ever killed anyone? He's always been very, very against killing, which is why he's always at odds with The Punisher. Contrary to what you say, Batman killed dozens of people in his first couple of issues. He would snap their necks, toss them off buildings and even knock them into vats of acid, and that's all in his first appearance!FearEmbodied (talk) 03:09, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposal to merge Supreme Power: Nighthawk into Nighthawk (Supreme Power). Both pages cover the exact same subject, the limited series does not need its own article essecially as it has no information regarding its own publication history.
