Dispute re: where the series aired

The version of the article as of this version states:

Connie the Cow (known as La Vaca Connie in its country of origin, Spain) is a Spanish children's television series originally airing on Noggin (now Nick Jr.) in the United States. The series premiered on September 8, 2003[2] and ended on April 1, 2007.

I don't see from the sources that the series originally aired first on Noggin, which might suggest that the lead is significantly incorrect. This source, which is cited in the article appears to be announcing the premiere of the series on Noggin in America, but it also seems to acknowledge that the series was already amply distributed prior to airing on Noggin, because it says:

Connie the Cow" airs in many countries around the world including, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Andorra, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Portugal, Spain, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, South Africa, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

So that's why I flagged the intro with disputed tags. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 02:34, 23 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I've revised the lead slightly so that Noggin is not listed as its original channel. I have not been able to find a source that provides its original channel in any other country, but if I do I will further improve the lead. Squiddaddy (talk) 18:32, 16 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
