This AFD is just one demarche in FCYTravis' campaign against User:Larvatus, the others being Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Larvatus and his sterile revert war at Erin Zhu. It's appropriate to point out the actual reason behind this AFD was FCYTravis' inability to remove what he believes are baseless allegations from the Erin Zhu article. The problem is FCYTravis has no knowledge of the actual facts in the Erin Zhu case.

Erin Zhu's own usenet postings [1] show that she publicly accused her father (Min Zhu) of molestation long before the Zeleny court cases, establishing the basis for the allegations independently of Zeleny. This evidence, taken with court transcripts of Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara case number CV809286 sufficiently establish that Erin Zhu alleged her father molested her.

If FCYTravis is unwilling to do the leg work to get and read the transcripts, then he should defer to others who have instead of rushing off to AFD and RFC. Engaging in a fruitless edit war and campaign to bowdlerize the articles, followed by this specious AFD and his recent RFC are no substitute for doing your homework and learning the actual facts.
