Both users where created exactly at 2020-02-29 01:33 UTC according to XTools. Both users only edited Fanxy Red and User talk:Rose Edits This Website mere minutes apart in 2020. Sockmaster created sockpuppet because they gave out their twitter address in edit summary in what appears to be for a confrontational purpose.

Both users personally attack another Wikipedia user by accusing the deleted material was edited by a "troll" in their edit summaries and calling User:Rose Edits This Website a "tool" who is "vandalizing" and "spreading misinformation" which is not assuming good faith. Fanxy Red was also formerly known as "FFC-Acrush" so there is clearly a COF. If this is not sockpuppetry (unlikely because of the account creation date) it looks too much like meatpuppetry. - So in theory a person can make multiple accounts at once, gaslight a niche subject, sleep for # years with the possibility of returning at anytime with their arsenal of accounts and be fine because we don't apply retrospective preventative maintenance instead opting to deal with conflicts only when they occur? - Neither account has edited for over two years - there is no ongoing disruption to prevent. Closing without further action. Girth Summit (blether) 13:28, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
- @FourPaws: doing so would be contrary to policy. The only way that that policy could be changed would be through a (successful) request for comment. --TheSandDoctor Talk 19:24, 31 July 2022 (UTC)
