The Tims88 account was created "automatically" on 23 April,[1] a few minutes after Timothe8872 made this edit. The first-ever edit by Tims88 was this change to a category that had just been edited by Timothe8872 ten minutes earlier. (A first contribution at a category page indicates an experienced person.)
At the Template:Martin Garrix, both accounts made the same edit, adding labels at the bottom. [2][3]
Both accounts are active globally, with lots of contributions to French Wikipedia, for instance Timothe8872 removing a notability template on a song article he created, and Tims88 removing a notability template on a song article created by Timothe8872.
Note that the following French IPs have been associated with editing patterns, sequences and changes made by Timothe8872 on English Wikipedia. Some of these (and others) have also been active on French Wikipedia:
Timothe8872 was blocked on French Wikipedia on 11 July for sockpuppeting ("Abus d'utilisation de comptes multiples (faux-nez)"), and Tims88 was blocked indefinitely at the same time for the same reason.
