Suspected sockpuppets

Sock 1 is a now blocked sock of StuRat, who was banned from the reference desks some years ago. I included it in the list of socks for checkuser purposes because it is a fairly recent account. The second account is a currently active account that was created only a few weeks after the SinisterLefty account was blocked. Additional evidence that the new account NonmalignedNations is a sock of StuRat include 1) First two edits are bluelinking user and talk pages (standard behavior for all socks of anyone) 2) Nearly all edits to RefDesks, in similar style of language and topics as StuRat and SinsiterLefty both did. 3) CamelCase username.  In progress. @Jayron32: While I'm checking, please include diffs that support "2)" and a link to StuRat's topic ban. I'm also curious why when SinisterLefty was blocked for block evasion by Future Perfect at Sunrise, StuRat was not sanctioned, not even warned.--Bbb23 (talk) 14:43, 21 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

StuRat's main account hadn't been used for a while at the time, so I guess I simply didn't bother. Fut.Perf. 14:50, 21 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Here is his topic ban from November 2017. Here is the smoking gun for #2; StuRat screwed up and edited a comment from the lastest unblocked account using his main account. --Jayron32 15:07, 21 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Also, I have no idea why the main account wasn't blocked or warned, maybe per WP:ROPE. However, this is now the second time it has happened. --Jayron32 15:08, 21 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
