1. User:Dr. Salma Sultana (later Shann editor) started Model Livestock Advancement Foundation in draft space about the Bangladeshi foundation of the same name that is spearheaded by one Dr. Salma Sultana.
2. On 30 April, Dr. Salma Sultana files at CHUS and becomes Shann editor.
3. The very same morning the account Wiki-Contributor BD is created. The account had at least one edit to Model Livestock Advancement Foundation. (They may also have edited Draft:Model Livestock Institute Dhaka, a draft started by Shann editor, but I forgot.)
4. Wiki-Contributor BD later creates Draft:Dr. Salma Sultana.
5. The renaming of User:Dr. Salma Sultana suggests she wanted to conceal her COI, and the creation of User:Wiki-Contributor BD looks like an attempt to avoid scrutiny when Draft:Dr. Salma Sultana later was started. Sam Sailor 19:59, 1 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
