I'm going to report this user earlier, but I was suspected (which I now admitted) as sockpuppeting. Anyway, I'm keening an eye to this user for a long time ago now. He was now blocked once by User:Qwyrxian, but everytime I looked at his contributions, such as this one, this one, this one, this one, and this one (see history of it), he's re-adding the hoax radio station articles again by the use of the IP address as stated above. I suspected this user since I've noticed his article creations (which is now deleted). Can you please seen his contributions as well. I'd really appreciate your help. Thank you for this matter. • It would appear that Peter is using each of these IPs only briefly (less than a day). So there would be little point blocking a single IP, and a single range block wouldn't do since it appears he operates from maybe four different ones. Best thing to do is report new IPs as they appear so they can be stopped immediately, or if there are consistent targets request protection on them.
