- Seems to be bad faith logged out editing. IPs only other edit ([1]) is to revert the sock Kalangot and the named account had commented on this sock's talk page expressing their opinion that the account should remain blocked. IP and named account blocked for 2 weeks for sock puppetry (specifically WP:LOUTSOCK). Timing overlaps rule out accidental logged out editing. Outlander07 has used the same IP range in which he was previously blocked for sock-puppetry.
The same IP range he was previously blocked calls her caste as 'Ezhava' without any citation in the article Parvathy Thiruvothu, [2]. This is reverted by another editor.
Outlander07 removes the name 'Parvathy Menon' in the same article,[3] added by User:Cyphoidbomb, [4].It gets reverted again. (Note: Menon is a name only used by Nair caste, he wanted to show Parvathy Thiruvothu is a Ezhava caste. So he added the caste and removed the name)
Outlander07 again reverts and removes the name 'Parvathy Menon', [5]. This too gets reverted.
The same IP range comes back again and added 'dubious' tag to the name 'Parvathy Menon' in the infobox and in the lede,[6], this also gets reverted.
Finally, the same IP range continued Outlander07's edit war and removed the name 'Parvathy Menon' which was removed twice by Outlander07 account, [7]

I suspect that user Outlander07 (talk · contribs) is currently editing log out in 2409: 4073: 31C: E2E9: C9EE: 7661: E655: 345F ip. Sometimes they are using a different network or other phone. I suspect he is the same person anyway. This user has previously done the same edit on the Panicker page on the ip.

It is clear that oulander07 is being edited with a specific caste in mind. The same is done on the kalarippayattu page in the ip and with the username outlander07.

- The 3 reported IPs are on a /37 alongside about 100 million other people. Nothing in the diffs draws any kind of link between Outlander and the IPs, and behaviourally I feel that they are actually quite different (E.g. the edit summaries in [18][19]). I have also had a brief look through the remainder of the range and the relevant pages and there is no connection to Outlander that leaps out, and therefore I feel the allegations of sockpuppetry cannot be substantiated. In relation to the repeated baseless allegations of sockpuppetry made toward Outlander (both here and at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Rabt man over the last 24 hours, the reporting IPs are on a /14 so a straight rangeblock to knock this on the head for a bit (were anybody so inclined) is out of the question and I'm not sure anything more targeted would be of much use. So from a sockpuppetry perspective I think this SPI can be closed with no action, although should further baseless reports be made then a few targeted blocks of the reporters might not go astray. --Jack Frost (talk) 06:08, 1 August 2021 (UTC)
- Comment I got canvassed to this discussion by 106.208.10.29 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) via my talk page; this IP seemingly geolocates to an unknown place in Kerala near Ernakulam (though WHOIS claims Pānīpat, Haryana), while the nominator geolocates to Kozhikode, Kerala about 150 kilometres (93 mi) north. They also suggested that Rabt man (talk · contribs) might be connected:

In 2016, user Rebtman (talk · contribs)[20]was a user with the same personality. It was blocked by the Nair caste editor in the past.[21]It is an old user but may have come back years later. Even though the old user block has been found, a very similar edit method can be found between them. Now Outlander07 is doing destruction and other caste edits on many ips, the same edits are [22][23][24] and rebtman did the same here [25][26]. one of which is ip. I foresee the chance of new SP allegations against me in the coming days. I have a list of IP ranges used by the same guy or his team for the caste promotion who initiated the investigation. Can have a detailed check if it helps.

- I want to leave a comment, Outlander07 (talk · contribs) The former user who suggested checking Rebtman (talk · contribs) is becoming an opportunity to escape here because it is outdated. The old Rebtman user was read as a lot of socks, and the one who conspired and edited the group at that time was a very likely user, and now the new Outlander07. It should be considered as a person in the series of the day. When it comes to rebtman sock investigation, Outlander07 is likely to come to the aid of Wikipedia admins for fear of being caught.[30][31]The old rebtman and the current account outlander07 may also have links to the same thread, and both have had Christian pages vandalized. Another such thing is the destruction of Thiyya caste related edits.
