Chimchiqkol account was created 21 Sep 2020, a few days ater the latest sock puppets were blocked. Their user page uses a file (File:Nursultan Andakulov.jpg) uploaded by the sockmaster as their profile image. Editing interest overlaps with contribuytions to Uzbekistan football related articles such as [1] from Chimchiqkol and [2] from Nursultan12 on 2020 Uzbekistan Super League. I came across this editor reviewing image uploads and found File:Eldor Shomurodov with Genoa in 2020.jpg as a copyvio from them with a spurious {{keep local}} which is also present in the profile image file on their user page.
