The suspected sockpuppet has no other editing history other than adding comments on this this AN topic. Reading carefully, the suspected sock is making the same bizarre claims as user:WS except somewhat re-worded. This suspicion is also shared by another user posting on the same administrators noticeboard topic.--Taeyebaar (talk) 02:38, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
Soon after the suspicious IP appeared on the same AN topic with the comment being his second edit. I won't be on wikipedia for a few days but think it needs to be investigated.--Taeyebaar (talk) 02:43, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

- I don't have any other account in WP, the account you specified in the section below is by my partner John, who is a psychologist I share the office with. Wiki-shield (talk) 14:41, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

- Wiki-shield (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) and Beardocratic (talk · contribs · count) are
Possilikely (a mix between possible and likely). Wiki-shield and Mishash (talk+ · tag · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · spi block · block log · CA · CheckUser(log) · investigate · cuwiki) are
Confirmed.--Bbb23 (talk) 05:08, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- It might be a good idea to read this discussion on my Talk page.--Bbb23 (talk) 16:17, 26 May 2015 (UTC)
- Based upon the behavior, I have blocked Wiki-sheild and tagged Beardocratic as a sock of Mishmash. The IP and the master account have been blocked for 1 week. I personally don't believe the story from Wiki-shield that the accounts were interested in the same editor and they were all collateral damage. Mike V • Talk 16:22, 26 May 2015 (UTC)

Engaging in the same behavior as previous socks (ie. Wiki-shield) by blanking out sections and citations on 'brain training' programs and making the same claims of being associated with other 'brain training' programs that are potential competitors. See this AN report for reference.--Taeyebaar (talk) 06:38, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
A note to add: This user has created an article that I was intending to create in co-operation with another user, possibly to defame me by associating me with this sockpuppet of his.--Taeyebaar (talk) 06:49, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
- Wiki-shield is a psychologist from the US. I'm a musician from North of Toronto. I genuinely have no idea who said individual is, and have never spoken to, connected with, or otherwise had contact with said individual - nice try Taeyebaar. Taeyebaar has accused various editors of being sockpuppets (or meatpuppets) - anyone who "tampers" with their articles. Please check Taeyebaar's edits - accusing me of "suspect behaviour" is an attempt to discredit or get my account banned for making legitimate edits to "their" article. This has been the case for every edit not in keeping with their viewpoints, and CANNOT advertise on Wikipedia.StarbucksLatte (talk) 10:11, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
- If StarbucksLatte is a "musician from North of Toronto" as they state above, it is very odd that with their very first edit they stated on their user page "I have an alternate account with history - but as I am using this in public, and will be editing an article which is highly controversial within my professional circle." [my bolding] The controversial article Arrowsmith School (over which both StarbucksLatte and the now blocked account User:Wiki-shield had been editwarring) has to do with professional psychology, not music. Ditto the article StarbucksLatte has created on Linda Siegel, the psychologist who was highly critical of the school and its founder. It consists almost entirely of coatracked criticism of Seigel's study, referenced solely to a reply by the head of one of the Arrowsmith School branches. Note that StarbucksLatte created this account [1] less than 48 hours after Wiki-shield was blocked [2] and then headed over to Arrowsmith School and took up where Wiki-shield had left off four days previously. I note also that StarbucksLatte claims that Wiki-shield is from "New York". Again an odd assertion since Wiki-shield himself claimed to live in Canada. [3]. - StarbucksLatte (talk · contribs · count) is
Possilikely (a mix between possible and likely). Regardless of the technical evidence, the behavioral connection is solid, not just the article pattern and point of view, but, as Voceditenore highlights, the transparent deception. Blocked, tagged, Linda Siegel deleted per G5, closing.--Bbb23 (talk) 13:25, 28 May 2015 (UTC)
