IP is using the same technique of creating articles by copying material from related topics. For example, Kend94 created Syrians in the Netherlands as a copy-paste of Iraqis in the Netherlands, and 84.212.243.220 has just done the same by copying from Syrians in Germany. Similar name, between Kend94 and Kndnm64; Insistence on similar topics involving Somalia, and especially placing back edits of another confirmed and banned sockpuppet of the same user, Sahasu, here, that's where I got my suspicion. Besides a similar writing style, compare the talk page here with that of the confirmed sockpuppet account, elsewhere and the talk page of the same sockpuppet Wareno (talk) 20:46, 26 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

• @RoySmith: Sorry. This is the information that user Sahasu, who was a confirmed sockpuppet of kend94 introduced, before being banned the changes reverted. Then user Kndnm64 placed them right back. This is what made me look into his activity and share my conclusions. Note that the account suspected of being a sockpuppet was also created after the former had been banned as well. Middayexpress/Soupforone continues to try and evade sanctions using multiple socks. Their pattern of behaviour remains the same.

- Same strong interest in Horn of Africa topics, particularly Somali articles like Middayexpress/Soupforone [1].

- Clearly not a new editor, this is their first two ever edit [2], [3]. WP:PRECOCIOUS.

- Looking through list of Gashaamo's 'top edited pages' [4], almost all have Middayexpress/Soupforone as one of the top editors: [5], [6], [7], [8], [9], [10], [11], [12], [13], [14], [15], [16].

- Same idiosyncratic use of Dervish "state" [17]. Middayexpress/Soupforone has a strong bias for the use of "Dervish State" (instead of Dervish "movement" per majority of sources) and inserted this in many articles e.g. [18], [19]. This is also in line with other blocked socks [20].

- Similar editing pattern to sockmaster Middayexpress on obscure articles, e.g. Sesea, an article that receives ~ 3 page views per day [21]. Prior to registration of Gashaamo and their editing of the article, the article was edited by IPs 92.10.234.151 and 92.9.155.124 [22], these IP come from the same range as IP 92.10.234.128 (and many others) which were reported in May [23]. The geolocate feature reports same ISP and same location for both. Gashaamo started editing the same obscure article shortly after the IPs.

- If Middayexpress/Soupforone's history is anything to go by, Gashaamo is almost guaranteed to be using a VPN service on Wikipedia.
