• @Novem Linguae: The block of Sarahkenny12340 is already a hard block actually (in the sense that it autoblocks the underlying IP address as well). However, the autoblock only blocks the last specific IP address that the Sarahkenny12340 account used; if the user hops to a different IP, they can still evade the block.
