I suspect these accounts are serial single-purpose accounts who have not made any constructive edits to Wikipedia, repeatedly spamming (or trying to usurp) Kagiso, an article about a South African township. The spammer appears to be Mr Linda Sibisi AKA DjMlindos of Spidersweb IT Solutions. Some of the sockpuppet signs are: WP:REPEATING, WP:IDENTICAL, WP:CONNECTION, WP:BRIEFLY, WP:GEOSOCK, WP:SPASOCK. Repeated warnings and user blocks have been ineffective. • Some of the usernames involved may be meatpuppets acting as employees of the website/webhost. An article about the webhost, Spidersweb, was speedied as spam. There is an attempt at AfC to create a new article about the town with content clearly intended to promote the website - WT:Articles for creation/Kagiso, Gauteng.
