SPA here to promote Yves Bayle, editing logged out to remove the speedy tags and creating more SPAs to continue the same. I realize we can't connect IPs to accounts, but this is pretty ducky. Earlier today Dededitor23 worked Bernard.wiki's abandoned Draft:Yves Bayle back up to the state it was in when it was deleted before at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Yves_Bayle, deciding as Bernard did to fill it with copyvio content from yvesbayle.com including the same copyvio photo of Bayle from his website (https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=File%3AYves+Bayle.jpg). Dededitor23 then unilaterally moved it to mainspace, where it was quickly reverted to draft and then speedily deleted as more or less a recreation of a deleted version. (They've started to create the draft again since.)
Bernard670 made a couple of similar edits to the now-deleted version of Draft:Yves Bayle before that, and after Bernard.wiki1's block. Lord Belbury (talk) 12:23, 27 April 2022 (UTC)

- This account overlaps with Bernard.wiki1 on multiple ranges; the interest in Vitaly Malkin leaves little room for doubt. I'm going to request global locks on these accounts, as they are editing about Malkin on other projects as well which makes this look like a targeted cross-wiki campaign.
