IP user, like the currently blocked registered user, is trying to take an article about someone named Dilshad Khan, born in 1945, and turn it into an article about someone else named Dilshad who was born in 1966. The IP user's first four edits up till now are for this purpose. The registered user's changes are here. Besides that, the registered user moved the article to Dilshad. • I've blocked Dhanu62 without a tag. I'll leave it up to the clerk to decide whether the behavioral evidence is sufficiently strong to keep Azhar sulfikar as the master. If the answer is yes, their block should be increased, probably to indefinite.
