Suspected sockpuppets

Going by WP:SIGNS, both accounts were created on the same day, both have identical user pages, both are named after animals, both utilise a similar editing style of making about 30 edits, 1 sentence at a time, and both of them have edited the exact same, small list of articles. And, to illustrate an example, Asianelephant made a series of edits to ASMI, which looked like this when he was done: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=ASMI&oldid=1003090558

I made a series of changes, and Neelgai promptly reverted, and made a large chunk of edits himself, now the current revision, which looked like this when he was done: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=ASMI&oldid=1003282241, which looks basically identical to how it was before I'd touched it, reinstating the various mistakes, alongside the references from the same sources that are used multiple times. I don't suppose there's a huge amount of ambiguity here, it's just not plausible that two separate people just happened to make a Wikipedia account on the exact same day and thenceforth edit the exact same articles in the exact same way.
