User Alyson Burajiru has a history of revert warring about unsubstanciated modifications, and without any attempt at discussion. He/she has been indefinitely blocked for it on 04:45, 26 January 2009: [1]

On a side note (it does have significance), "burajiru" is the japanese pronunciation of Brazil (see here: [2])

On the portuguese Wikipedia, we find the same username, Alyson Burajiru, who was warned for the same behavior, and has edited the same article than on the english Wiki (ie "Avatar"), so we can assume it is the same user. We note that the portuguese user Alyson Burajiru has made this edit on the portuguese Evangelion: 1.0 You are (not) alone ‎ article: [3] (changing the name to "Wevangeriwon").

Now back on the english Wiki: since 23:58, 1 February 2009, anonymous IPs (which, looking at traceroutes, are all originating from Brazil and having the same ISP) started making the very same edit as Alyson Burajiru, this time on the english "Rebuild of Evangelion" article (ie changing "Evangerion" to "Wevangeriwon"):

(These are only a few selected examples, for more details about the revert wars see these article histories: Rebuild_of_Evangelion, Evangelion:_1.0_You_Are_(Not)_Alone,Evangelion:_2.0_You_Can_(Not)_Advance)

Then, these various brasilian IPs kept revert-warring about the budgets of the movies:

On 19:01, 9 March 2009, user Arison Hiyama came and continued the budget revert-wars that the IPs initiated, with the very same contributions (note the similarity between "Alyson" and "Arison"):

Also, after Arison Hiyama was strongly warned for his/her disruptive edits ([4]), user Hiyama Arison was created.

Linking all these IPs and accounts Arison Hiyama/Hiyama Arison to account Alyson Burajiru could make things easier when dealing with disruption on these articles since Alyson Burajiru is supposed to be permanently blocked. While the connection between the IPs and Hiyama is obvious, we need checkuser on Alyson Burajiru since that user didn't edit the same articles on the english Wiki.

Confirmed all. I can't see any workable rangeblocks though, the (huge) ranges she seems to be on look a bit busy. -- lucasbfr talk 18:10, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think the user User:Alyson Burajiru/User:Arison Hiyama/User:Hiyama Arison is back, in spite of all her account having been successfully blocked.

Recently I have noticed disruptive activity from suspicious brazilian IPs, on various article by notably on The End of Evangelion, Evangelion: Death and Rebirth, Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone, Rebuild of Evangelion, or Saint Seiya Heaven Chapter: Overture...

The edits are generally similar to those Alyson Burajiru and her IP used to do: inclusion of country flags, modification of movies runitime and budgets in infoboxes, etc.

Here is a comparison with edits from IP socks of Alyson (confirmed in the previous case), from recent brazilian IPs, and if possible, from user Anime Do.

On Saint Seiya Heaven Chapter: Overture:

On Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone and Rebuild of Evangelion:

Page Legend of Heavenly Sphere Shurato protected from vandalism (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Legend_of_Heavenly_Sphere_Shurato&diff=286275024&oldid=286153660), after disruptive edits from brazilian IP 189.10.38.95: 20:32, 25 April 2009. Edit by Anime Do on this page: 22:24, 12 April 2009

The IPs have edited in such a number of articles that it is impossible to report everything.

 Confirmed, I see no sleepers. -- Luk talk (lucasbfr) 20:15, 3 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
