Because Wikipedia is an open platform where everyone can contribute, the reliability of the encyclopedia articles depends on them having enough peer review. This should be more transparent to the user. If the number of page views since the last edit would be shown on the article page, this would be the case and users could use this value as an indicator for article dependability.

This approach could even be built upon: there could be an option to display the last article versions that meet a certain "stability" criterion, making it highly unlikely to serve vandalized or controversial content.
