User:Rick lay95 is a frequent copyright violator, and has continued to do so despite numerous requests and warnings. His account has been blocked, but images uploaded by this user and since deleted are now being uploaded by User:Zeo6 under identical file names. This time the images are being correctly tagged, but this would still seem to be an attempt to evade the block. CLW 11:44, 8 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
