He and Carfiend appear to be acting as meat puppets or sock puppets, as decribed below. Numskll 19:44, 24 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Gravitor (second request)

The above four accounts were used in a recent AfD vote [1] concerning the article Independent evidence for Apollo Moon landings. I heavily suspect that all four are the same person for the following reasons:

  1. These two links show that the editing behaviour of the Gravitor and Carfiend accounts are very similar: Both possess a remarkable four month hiatus between 10/2006 and 1/2007. CarFiend Gravitor
  2. Gravitor and Carfiend are the only two users that I have encountered at wikipedia using the terms POV warrior, POV crusader, POV Jihadist, and so on. See User_talk:Numskll#Keep the draft here, User_talk:Numskll#Stop it, User_talk:Gravitor#conflict_of_interest_.2B_civility, User_talk:Carfiend#Other_user_IDs as examples.
  3. By pure "chance," gravitor and carfiend participated in the same AfD debate for the rather "arcane" topic Dungeon Majesty, see Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Dungeon_Majesty. They voted in the same manner.
  4. The Anonymous IP address used in AfD vote is commonly used to support claims by both gravitor and carfiend on the page Apollo Moon Landing hoax accusations. See Talk:Apollo_Moon_Landing_hoax_accusations#FYI..., Talk:Apollo_Moon_Landing_hoax_accusations#Remove_.22Individuals_featured_in_the_controversy.22_section.3F, and Talk:Apollo_Moon_Landing_hoax_accusations/Archive_8#source_connecting_missing_tapes_to_the_moon_hoax.3F as examples.
  5. As for Bono8106, the sole edit made by this account was with the AfD debate. I have no evidence that this is one of the above three accounts, but based on Gravitor's tactics in pushing his point of view on this debate, it is more than probable, in my opinion. If the admin finds evidence for sock puppetry with the first 3, then the forth should probably be investigated.

As can be seen from the link given in item #1 above, Gravitor is essentially a one-topic editor (apollo moon landing hoax). As can be seen from those links, Carfiend made a few edits in June, then a lot in July-September, then none until Jan. Gravitor's edits follow a very similar pattern, except edits started in July instead of June.
Both Carfiend and Gravitor both edited List of space exploration milestones, 1957-1969 (which was a spin-off of the moon landing hoax article) and they had essentially the same misconception about space rendezvous, and made similar edits and comments. That article was renamed, so the early history is not there. Bubba73 (talk), 19:45, 13 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Gravitor

Gravitor[2] and Carfiend [3] were both very contentious on the Apollo Moon landing hoax accusations and related pages last summer; both disappeared around mid-September; and both re-appeared recently, and the level of rhetoric is starting to climb again. I'm wondering if they are the same user. Wahkeenah 03:14, 8 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Additional information needed what category is this request? --jpgordon∇∆∇∆ 04:33, 8 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I don't know how how to categorize it. It would be for someone who is an accelerating disrupter. Wahkeenah 04:36, 8 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
