Blainetologist

On the article Front organization, the above IP initially began editing and reverting, insulting other users when they reverted the edits. Then, User:NoLongerScieno was created, backing up the IP's comments, when it was blocked for sockpuppetry. The user then came on IRC in #wikipedia, claiming that we were harassing them and that they were not the IP user, despite the fact that I ran a whois query on the user and found that they were in the same subnet of the IP user. The user was then kickbanned from the channel. Today, another user, User:Blainetologist, came onto #wikipedia (using Tor), and, when voiced, wanted to be unblocked. Blainetologist was blocked due to "incivil behavior" on the exact same article, and also claimed that the admins were harassing him/her. I suspect that both the account and the IP address were used by Blainetologist for sockpuppetry, but I can't prove anything because Blainetologist is using Tor and I can't run a whois query.
