Rlevse (talk · contribs) – Another one of those guys that I can't believe is not an admin yet. Has contributed extremely strongly to the artcle space, having worked on 7 featured articles. He's also very active especially in anything havign to do with Scouting, and has a great balance in mainspace, Wikispace, and talkspace edits. His 24K edits don't hurt either.
